When you can get your money back — and how to cancel.

One-click cancel. Sign in → Settings → Billing → Cancel. No phone calls. No retention sequences. No "are you sure" mazes.
Microtransaction credits ($1.99 questions, $4.99 documents, $9.99 phone codes, $1.99 e-sign)
- Eligibility: Refundable if UNCONSUMED, within 30 days of purchase.
- Process: Email support@adslaw.ai with order ID.
- Method: Refunded to original payment method via Stripe (3–10 business days).
- Phone codes: Refundable until first dial. Once dialed, non-refundable.
- Once consumed: Used credits are non-refundable (the platform did the work).
Subscriptions (Solo $19/mo, Practitioner $79/mo, annual variants)
- Cancellation: Anytime via Settings → Billing → Cancel — one click.
- Effective: End of current paid period (no pro-rata mid-period refund).
- Annual plans: Refundable within 14 days of purchase (no usage required). Beyond 14 days, refund = unused months × monthly equivalent minus any usage. We are generous on disputed claims.
- Auto-renewal: Email reminder sent 15–45 days before each annual renewal. Cancel directly from the email link.
Non-refundable
- Credits already consumed (questions answered, documents generated, etc.)
- Phone codes that have been dialed
- Practitioner API usage that was successfully delivered
Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve issues directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support results in account suspension pending resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours by emailing billing@adslaw.ai.
